We're based in Rancho Cucamonga in the Inland Empire, and we bring our Vintage Newspaper Stand to weddings all over Southern California — including Los Angeles, Orange County, and beyond. Got something further out? Ask us. We've traveled for events before and we'll probably travel for yours.

What's inside the newspaper?
It's fully custom, but typically includes your love story, photos, a timeline, fun personalized content, and anything else you want guests to read and keep. We'll guide you through it during the design process.
Is it printed in black and white or color?
The base rental includes black and white printing — that classic newspaper look. Want color? It's available as an upgrade add-on for $125.
Can we add more newspapers?
Absolutely. Your rental includes 50 newspapers, and you can add more in increments. We'll help you figure out the right quantity based on your guest count.
When do we need to finalize the design?
We typically finalize everything 3 weeks before your event to allow time for production. We'll walk you through the timeline when you book.
Can we design the newspapers ourselves?
Yes! If you want to design it in Canva, you're welcome to. Just know we may need to make a few minor tweaks for print (margins, bleed, spacing) — nothing major.
Do you deliver and pick up the machine?
Yes, we deliver and pick up within 30 miles of Rancho Cucamonga at no extra cost. Beyond that, a travel fee applies. Just tell us when and where, and we’ll handle the logistics so you can focus on the fun.
How long is the rental period?
The newspaper stand is yours for the full day of your event. We handle delivery, setup, and pickup. Our standard pickup is by 9:00 PM. After that, a late pickup fee will apply, depending on your location. Don’t worry, we’ll include all timing and pricing details in your custom quote so there are no surprises.
Can the newspaper box itself be customized?
Yes. We offer custom decals on the box to match your wedding aesthetic — small (up to 3" x 11.5") for $50, or large (up to 11.5" x 23.5") for $80.
How do we save a copy for ourselves?
We can set a couple aside for you. We also offer a Keepsake Frame add-on — custom framing of your front page so you can display it after the event. It's one of our most popular add-ons for a reason.
Do we get a digital copy?
A digital PDF is available as an add-on for $50. It includes the file emailed directly to you, plus a QR code displayed at the event so guests can access it digitally too.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 3–4 weeks out so we have enough time to design, revise, and print everything. The earlier the better, especially for peak wedding season.
