Can you customize the template with my event details?
Yes! We'll personalize your chosen template with your event information including names, date, hashtags, logos, and custom messages at no additional charge.
How far in advance do I need to select my template?
We will send you a design questionnaire about 2 weeks before your event to ensure we have time for any revisions. And of course, we’ll send you a final proof to make sure you love it.
What sizes and layouts are available?
We offer various print formats including 2x6" strips, 4x6" postcards, and in different orientations (landscape vs portrait). Each template can be adapted to different layouts (single photo, collage, etc.).
How many copies of each photo do guests receive?
All photo booth rentals include unlimited 2x6 prints, meaning every person in the group will get a copy of the photo. Our glam photo booth includes unlimited 4x6 prints.
What if there's an issue with the template during my event?
This has never happened before but we’re over-planners, so you can rest assured that our on-site attendant can troubleshoot template or printing issues during your event.
