How long does it take to set up and take down the photo booth?
We show up about 1.5 hours before your service to setup and do some test prints. It takes us about 30-40 minutes to pack everything up.
Can your photo booths be customized to fit my company’s branding?
Absolutely. We tailor photo overlays, templates, welcome screens, and even props to feature your logo, colors, and event theme making your brand the star of every photo.
Do you require Wi-Fi or can the booth operate offline?
Guests can still take photos offline, but instant sharing, printing, and live analytics require Wi-Fi. We provide a dedicated hotspot so you don’t have to worry about connectivity at your venue.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Zelle. Payment details are included in your contract for easy processing.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to provide event services throughout Southern California. If you need it, we can provide a COI for your venue. Normally there’s a $100 fee, but for our corporate clients, we cover that cost — no extra charge to you. Just let us know early in the booking process, and we’ll handle the rest.
