Hivequarter Co. is Sean and Elyssa, a design-obsessed couple who met in an architecture class over a decade ago and have been building things together ever since.

Sean is a graphic designer, photographer, and videographer. He has an eye for the things most people walk right past. Elyssa is a planner to her core — the kind of person who gets a wild idea at 11pm, pitches it to Sean, watches him get a little nervous, and then pulls it off exactly as imagined. No two events look the same because we're genuinely excited about each one. New client, new aesthetic, new problem to solve. That's what keeps this fun.

Why we started this

We started Hivequarter in 2019 because we love the design side of events and wanted to do it our way. Everything we build is custom. We don't use templates. We don't automate the creative. When you book us, you get two people who are actually thinking about your event — what it looks like, how it feels, what guests are going to do when they walk up to our setup.

We care way too much about the details. Honestly, it's a problem.

We're here for those wait, what is that? moments. The ones that make people stop mid-conversation and pull out their phone. The ones that are still getting talked about weeks later.

What working with us actually looks like

We do photo booths, live laser engraving, sticker vending machines, and a growing list of activations and experiences — if you can dream it, we'll at least hear you out. But however you found us, here's how we think about it: we're not renting you equipment. We're joining your event team. From the first conversation to the last guest walking out with something cool in their hand, we're in it with you.
