What is Idle Time?

Idle time is like hitting pause on your photo booth. We’re set up and ready, but the booth isn’t running, like during dinner or a room change. You pay less for this downtime, saving you money while keeping everything seamless.

It’s perfect for weddings with breaks where the booth isn’t needed but will be later. Idle time lets you hold your spot without paying full price for unused hours.

The best part? We include 1 hour of idle time for free with every wedding package, so you get built-in flexibility without extra cost.

We recommend booking at least 3-6 months ahead to lock in your date, especially for weekend weddings. If you’re closer to your date, reach out anyway!

How are your wedding packages different from Glam or Signature?

Our wedding packages include all the luxury of the Glam or Signature packages, but also the absolute essentials for your big day. We include a photo guestbook with extra prints, one hour of idle time, plus we’ll cover the cost of the Certificate of Insurance (COI) if your venue requires it.

How long does it take to set up and break down the booth?

We usually arrive 1.5 to 2 hours before your booth goes live to set up quietly and perfectly. Breakdown is quick and low-key, typically done within 30 to 40 minutes after the booth closes.

Can we add other event services alongside the photo booth?

Definitely. We offer popular add-ons like sticker vending machine rentals for cocktail hours, live laser engraving, and custom event décor and signage. Bundling services not only amps up your event vibe but can also score you package pricing. Ask us for details!

What happens if our event runs late? Can we extend the rental?

If your event runs late, we’re happy to extend the booth rental when possible. Just give us a heads-up as soon as you can so we can keep the fun going without interruption. Additional time will need to be paid before the extension begins.

Our booth is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. For outdoor weddings, we offer an Outdoor Event Add-on, which includes a sleek white 10x10 tent and a portable power station. Let us know your venue details, and we’ll tailor the setup to fit perfectly.

Do you offer any discounts for weekday weddings?
